Payment Methods

What are your accepted payment methods?

Payment for items purchased online can be made using the secure online payment gateway Paypal or bank deposit.

What is Paypal and is it safe?

It is a safe and easy way of paying with your credit or debit card. You do not need a Paypal Account to pay for your items through Paypal. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. You will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a Paypal account.

Shipping

What courier service do you use?

We use PostHaste. Your parcels will be track and trace and do require a signature. If you are not home PostHaste will leave a calling card. 

What is your delivery time and costs?

Courier is $23 to New Zealand addresses.

You will receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

What are your return and exchange policies for your personalised products?

The utmost care is taken to ensure all details are correct on your personalised products. But it is the responsibility of the buyer to proof read the digital proofs carefully before giving final approval. Please ensure you as the buyer proofreads all spelling, names, grammar, phone numbers, other details etc.


We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about your particular purchase, so please choose carefully. We do not refund if you have changed your mind about your personalised product. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
